Third Echo Apparel Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Third Echo Apparel, every piece is made to order through our trusted print-on-demand production partner. Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we maintain a strict all sales final policy. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Made-to-Order Production

All Third Echo Apparel products are custom printed after your order is placed. This helps reduce overproduction and waste while allowing us to create exclusive small-batch apparel designs.

Because of the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Accidental purchases

    • Change of mind

 

Please carefully review sizing charts, shipping details, and order information before completing checkout.

 

2. Important Notice About Return Addresses on Packages

Some orders may arrive with a return address belonging to our print-on-demand production partner listed on the packing slip or shipping label.

 

This address is not a customer return address and does not indicate that Third Echo Apparel accepts general returns or exchanges.

 

Any items returned without prior authorization may:

  • Be refused

  • Be discarded by the fulfillment facility

  • Become ineligible for replacement or refund

 

Please contact Third Echo Apparel directly before attempting to return any item.

 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

 

we will review the issue and work toward a resolution.

 

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue and packaging

 

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be approved.

4. Approved Claims

If your claim is approved, Third Echo Apparel may, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

  • Provide store credit

 

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the situation.

 

5. Size Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing sizing charts carefully

  • Selecting the correct size

  • Entering the correct shipping address

  • Reviewing all order details before checkout

 

Third Echo Apparel is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect sizing selections

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Customer input errors during checkout

 

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for reshipping fees caused by incorrect addresses or refused packages

 

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incomplete or incorrect address

  • Refused delivery

  • Failure to claim the package

 

Third Echo Apparel reserves the right to:

  • Charge a reshipping fee

  • Issue store credit at our discretion

  • Decline reshipment requests

 

 

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or item, a new order must be placed.

 

 

8. International & Regional Consumer Rights

For customers residing in regions with mandatory consumer protection laws, including certain countries within the European Union or Brazil, applicable legal rights may still apply where required by law.

However, because our items are custom-made and produced specifically for each order, many products may be exempt from standard withdrawal or return rights under applicable consumer protection regulations.

 

9. Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent directly to our print provider without authorization from Third Echo Apparel are not guaranteed to be processed or refunded.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us.

 

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been approved but not yet received:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

 

 

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with Third Echo Apparel, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

 

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be challenged using:

  • Proof of delivery

  • Order confirmations

  • Tracking information

  • Customer communication records

  • This published policy agreement

 

 

12. Policy Updates

Third Echo Apparel reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
