1. All Sales Are Final

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges

  • All purchases are considered final once the order is placed

  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase

 

 

2. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Orders Only

We only offer replacements or refunds under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged item, or

  • You received the wrong item

 

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos showing the issue

3. Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, OR

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

 

 

4. Order Accuracy Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct size

  • Entering the correct shipping address

  • Reviewing order details before checkout

 

We are not responsible for errors made at checkout.

 

 

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We do not cover costs for reshipping due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

 

 

6. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused

  • Returned due to incorrect address

 

We reserve the right to:

  • Charge a reshipping fee, OR

  • Issue store credit at our discretion

 

 

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

 

If you need a different size or item:​

  • Place a new order

 

 

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or payment provider

  • Contact your card issuer

 

 

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. By purchasing from our store, you agree to this policy.


Any disputes that violate these terms may be challenged with:

  • Proof of delivery

  • Order confirmation

  • This policy agreement
